Having taken a break last season I’m pleased to announce the return of our Vandals “City Lunch” fundraising lunch at the club on Friday 21st February 2025.

This is the middle week of the Six Nations Championship and the day before England play Scotland at Twickenham.

This will be a Luxury 3 course Lunch and will include a panel of former and current International rugby players who will review the six nations so far in particular the England vs Scotland rivalry in a similar panel format to two years ago.

The purpose of the lunch is to build on our summer ball success and raise much needed funds for our rugby section. The lunch will feature a Rugby themed auction of rugby memorabilia and unique sporting experiences. ( I would love help with collecting suitable auction lots ?)

This is the perfect Rugby lunch to invite non Vandal guests to attend. The price of the lunch will be will be £55 a head or a table of ten for £500. Farnham RFC charge £85 a ticket for their city lunch in their clubhouse and only have one guest speaker so Vandals really is the best value. I’m delighted to say that Simon Greenhill our legendary West End singer and on field announcer for Saracens is helping me with the lunch and will lead the Q&A with our international rugby panel.

Thank you to those of you who have already booked tables with me. ( 8 tables sold so far) The lunch will be capped at 120 heads as it isn’t economical to extend the marquee so please book your places or your tables in the next couple of weeks to avoid disappointment.
